 All Over Albany ran into Governor David Paterson over the weekend. The Gov was at the new Regal Cinema at Colonie Center and was on his way in to see...wait for it..."Sex In the City." Huh? We're not going to sit here and criticize the Governor on something so superficial as his taste in movies, but "Sex In the City?" You've got to be kidding.
