Swing HouseThe Union Street Bed and Breakfast -which raised the ire of its neighbors for for hosting sex parties- is slated to be sold to an area doctor who will covert the house into office space for his psychiatry practice. At auction yesterday the property sold for $180,000 ---about $100,000 more than swing-meister Bob Alexson paid for the place in 2001. Not bad. According to the TU, the purchase is for the house and its contents, which include "A private 'dungeon' sex room on a section of uneven concrete floor, decorated with strings of red lights and filled with assorted benches, seats and frames, some with rings that could be used to hold restraints." All that's missing is a ping pong table.
