 Who rocks? Tyler Purvis-Mitchell, that's who! He's the quick thinking 14-year-old who snatched a five-day-old baby out from under the wheels of a CDTA bus last month; since then he's been congratulated by everyone from Jerry Jennings to the State Assembly. Yesterday he was honored by CDTA for saving the day, and rightly so: imagine the bad publicity had that bus run over the baby. Yikes! The nice thing about Tyler is he didn't let this go to his head. He told the newspaper, "I just saw the baby where it should not have been. I don't feel like a hero, I just did not want to see him run over by the tires."
