Mmm...delicious links of sausagey goodness. Despite what your doctor says, they are the ultimate meat for your grill this summer. Well you can stop daydreaming now because 518 Living has the answer to satisfying these guilty cravings: our friends at Bilinski’s have come to the rescue with their new line of all natural, organic chicken sausages.
We took a trip to the factory for a “food bloggers” event where we did what they tell you to never, ever do: we watched them make the sausage. It was awesome. Of all the surprises inside, the best part was seeing a colossal sausage shooter extrude encased meat into links of love ready to be sent your way.
Sausage has gotten a bad rap over the years, but Bilinski’s had no problem showing us the ingredients to these healthy snacks. Nothing but chicken and spices used to compliment the antibiotic free, vegetable fed poultry. At the tasting tale we tried the sun-dried tomato, spinach and garlic, pesto Romano, and apple chardonnay sausages ---but our personal favorite was the buffalo style, which tastes just like a chicken wing. So when you’re planning to chow down on those sausage and peppers this summer, don’t feel bad because Bilinski’s has got your back.
