For the second year in a row, Stewart's has been named as having New York's best milk. The award was announced at the State Fair yesterday by Dr. Kathryn Boor, who heads Cornell's Milk Quality Improvement Program. And this was no simple taste test. Naming the best in New York takes a year of lab analysis involving hundreds of milk samples and thousands of tests to determine quality and purity. That makes three out of the last four years that Stewart's has walked off with top honors; maybe we should all celebrate with a box of Oreos and a quart of high-test.
