 Today is National Bike to Work Day, and all across The 518, people set off to their jobs this morning on two wheels instead of four. 518 Living was out there with them. We stopped out at the park and ride lot on the Delmar Bypass, where riders were getting ready to roll. Brian Jahn from Steiner's Sports was doing free bike tune-ups while the cyclists swigged coffee and munched on bagels. Jud Eson of Delmar said he rides to work six months a year to his job at the Public Service Commission. We didn't bother asking which six months. Then there was Amy Koren-Roth, who figured Friday is the best day to ride to her job in Menands. "It's easier because it's dress down day." Remember: If the person in the next cubicle has a bad case of helmet head today, you'll know where they got it. And by the way, have a look at our great pictures:
