Today is the 32nd annual Great American Smokeout, the day the American Cancer Society urges you give up the butts. When you think about it, it wasn't that long ago when you could smoke in places you wouldn't imagine lighting up today: movie theatres, hospitals, airplanes ---pretty much anywhere. These days it's pretty much limited to home, your car, or standing outside at work. All this in less than a generation. We'd like to remind you again that there a lot of free resources available to get you started; just go to the state's Smokers' Quitsite to take the first step ---and the last puff.
